Hier braucht es je nach Branche, Organisation, Einrichtung oder Unternehmen verschiedene Ma\u00dfnahmen. Ein Betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement (BGM) kann ein Diversity-Management erg\u00e4nzen, denn hier spielen die Diversity-Dimensionen Alter und k\u00f6rperliche sowie geistige F\u00e4higkeiten eine wichtige Rolle. Aber auch f\u00fcr das BGM selbst, ist ein Diversity-Management wichtig. Ein BGM kann nur richtig funktionieren, wenn es allen zug\u00e4nglich ist.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-4719c99d\"><p class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Dennoch gilt nat\u00fcrlich, dass die Angebote nicht \u00fcberdimensioniert sein sollen. Je nach Ihren W\u00fcnschen und Zielen, w\u00e4hlen wir Ma\u00dfnahmen entsprechend aus und richten sie entsprechend aus. Gemeinsam mit Ihnen packen wir quasi den Korb mit den passenden Ma\u00dfnahmen aus unseren beiden Instrumentenkoffern des Diversity-Managements und Betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagements.
